I’ve become fascinated with Urban Homesteading and am constantly trying to improve on my own homesteading I love meeting new people and am looking forward to meeting everyone involved in CSSC
How I Got Involved In CSSC
I went to my first CSSC Convergence in Fall 2009 and had an amazing experience. I could tell that everyone involved with the CSSC were dedicated, wonderful people and wanted to become apart of this amazing team. I love getting involved with groups I believe in and CSSC is doing great things! I hope I will be able to be involved with the CSSC for many years to come!
The Area of Sustainability That Interests Me Most
Land preservation, community gardens, real food
The Role of Student Action in Sustainability
I think students play a Huge! role in the sustainability movement! Students are the future leaders of the world! And There is also power behind student groups. With student groups there is power in numbers. The more people there are pushing an idea the more they will be heard. Students have the ability to change things both on and off campus and the students are leading the way in the sustainability movement!
